Wifi stinks in Glacier Park. Here’s a movie.

We drive 150 miles from Great Falls, MT to St. Mary’s Lodge in the eastern entry to the park. It’s a spectacular space.

The drive was another adventure in Northern Plains scenery and we did a boat ride in two lakes (Swiftcurrent & Josephine) at 2PM. Later, we drove down the Going to the Sun Road to the pass in case we can’t drive there tomorrow because of the “Winter weather advisory “… Do you believe that?

It’s been so comfortable and in the 80’s every day…today a high of 55.

Colder tonight & Sunday. Louise’s birthday tomorrow…we need to find waffles to make her smile.

I’m in the Lodge lobby, since that’s the only wifi and our phones have no service.

Tim, Cindy & the twins are helping our pals, the Bergens, with battening down the shore house for us (many thanks) as we watch Hermine on the weather channel. She brushed Sanibel with a littleflooding  on our street and so far, so good in NJ. Thanks for your messages of concern.

Here’s the movie. Stay tuned for more news from Montana when I can connect.

  • This is one great trip! The places, the scenery, everything looks spectacular. You are all real travelers, and that’s a true compliment. Keep enjoying yourselves. By the way the supposed storm is big fizzle. Nothing for you to worry about in New Jersey.. All the best, Dick & Linda
