Nero must have been fiddling…

…when we flew overnight Wednesday to Thursday, there was a fire in the international terminal at Fiucimo Airport in Rome.

We had a crazy trip on the train to the main terminal in downtown Rome to find our airport driver.  Then 2.5 hours to Cortona.

Since then, fabulous times, but no wifi to send photos for the blog. Cindy Roach just posted on Facebook, so I’ll try – sitting in a parking lot at the supermarket in Camucia. Ciao for now.   Photos failed…we will work on it at our house at Villa Il Trebbio I Ossaia, south of Cortona and above Lake Trasimeno. It is truly an amazingly restored property.
